La-Z-Boy
as a retailer of comfort, has been making its trademark recliners since 1928. A relationship was formed with Myriad in 1997 and today, over 45 stores are connected through our software.
Using Technology to Save Time
With La-Z-Boy, we use Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) so that information is easily sent to and from the manufacturer. This includes product updates, Purchase Orders, Acknowledgements, Advance Ship Notices and A/P Invoices.
La-Z-Boy Data and Updates
With La-Z-Boy default data loaded into the system all the updates and maintenance are done automatically. The default data includes model numbers, fabrics, costs and options. The update process will add new models, update existing models and discontinue models and fabrics.
Customized Software to Meet Their Needs
Also of note, Eclicktic software has been customized so that reporting requirements between La-Z-boy stores and corporate are easy. Dealers no longer have to waste time pulling all the required data together to meet La-Z-Boy reporting requirements. Instead, custom reports and reports have been created so all the information is easily and automatically calculated and reported.
Dealer meetings
Fostering the relationships between La-Z-Boy Corporate, the La-Z-Boy dealers and Myriad is key. We accomplish this by hosting Dealer Meetings at High Point Market and our Annual User's Conference. These meetings provide an opportunity to review new dealer specific updates to the software and upcoming changes and programs being rolled out at La-Z-Boy.
